Welcome to the Club Utopism. A website that promotes utopian thoughts.
1. Mission
If you hate pushing people aside, cheating people, or sacrificing your joy for money, then you probably find it difficult to live in today's world. And if you feel that the world is crazy no matter which way you look at it, and that it won't last long, then your senses are normal. You have a conscience and reason.
According to Edgar Cayce readings and Hopi mythology, several advanced civilizations have existed on Earth in the past and then perished. The previous civilization, Atlantis, perished approximately 10,000 years ago due to materialism, egoism, misuse of science, and destruction of nature. Many of the Atlanteans from that time have been reincarnated in modern times and are repeating the same mistakes.
Even without relying on spiritual prophecy, the collapse of civilizations can be predicted from a scientific perspective. Phosphorus and potassium are important ingredients for fertilizer, but they will run out in the next few decades, making large-scale agriculture impossible. In the United States, groundwater is used for agriculture, but this water source will soon be depleted as well. Male sperm counts have been halved due to plastic. Humanity has also halved the populations of insects, fish, birds, and animals over the past 50 years, but without bees, humanity could not survive.
Humans are not as rational as we think they are. Most people simply live according to social customs and common sense, and only a small minority live rationally. Those who live without questioning the errors of common sense cannot imagine the catastrophe that will occur 10 years from now. If you have reason, you have a mission. That mission is to survive the coming collapse of civilization and become the foundation of the society that follows.
2. What is Utopianism?
Capitalism is the primary cause of civilization collapse. However, few can say this with certainty. Capitalism is a system in which the world revolves around money, but the true nature of money has been cleverly hidden from the time of the Industrial Revolution until recently. Economics professors, finance bureaucrats, and, of course, politicians were unaware at least in Japan. Something so obscure cannot be pinpointed as the cause of civilization's collapse. As of October 2025, capitalism is on the brink of its end. The total amount of global debt is simply too great. When capitalism comes to an end, some people will begin to search for an alternative system. I believe these people will likely once again challenge communism. Utopianism emerged as a counter to capitalism after the Industrial Revolution, but it was rejected and forgotten by Marxist communism. While theoretically unfinished, its spirit was sound. The goal of both capitalism and communism is to increase and distribute wealth, while the goal of utopianism is to increase human happiness.
3. A Revolution of Consciousness
Marx supported violent revolution, believing that society must change before people can change their consciousness. However, history shows that communist revolutions led to the execution of tens of millions of people. I believe that true revolution is a revolution in human mind. Old ways of thinking are discarded and a new consciousness is adopted. When those with this new consciousness come together to create a new society, that becomes a utopia.
A revolution of consciousness is essentially a reassessment of common sense. To reassess common sense, we must examine history and consider why that common sense came about.
Capitalism's ill effects are not limited to poverty and environmental destruction. Conflict between men and women is also a problem. Sexlessness is particularly serious in Japan, and if the birth rate continues to decline at its current rate, it will reach zero within 10 years. To correct the mistakes of capitalism and ensure the survival of humanity, we must first reassess common sense about sex.
